2. 1 PACKAGE "TASTY BITE" CHANNA MASALA (WHOLE FOODS, JEWEL, MARIANO'S-TRADER JOE'S HAS ITS OWN BRAND)

MICROWAVE EACH PACKAGE SEPARATELY (ABOUT ONE MINUTE-LOOK AT LABEL) AND THEN MIX TOGETHER IN A BOWL. ENJOY THIS EASY, DELICIOUS, NUTRITIOUS, PROTEIN FILLED LUNCH.

1. GREEK OR REGULAR NON-FAT PLAIN YOGURT ( 1 LARGE TUB)

2. APPLE-BERRY APPLESAUCE (NO ADDED SUGARS- 4 SMALL CUPS)

3. SLICED ALMONDS (½ BAG)

4. CRUSHED WALNUTS (½ BAG)

5. CINNAMON (START WITH A LITTLE AND ADD MORE TO YOUR LIKING)

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND ENJOY!!!

1. 9 WHOLE EGGS

2. 9 EGG WHITES

3. 1 CUP NAKED NUTRITION PEANUT BUTTER POWDER

4. 1/4 CUP CACOA POWDER (UNSWEETENED0

5. 2 VERY RIPE BANANAS

6. 1 CUP UNSWEETENED VANILLA ALMOND MILK

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER/VITAMIX UNTIL LIQUID AND SMOOTH. SPRAY JUMBO MUFFIN TINS AND POUR MIXTURE TO THE TOP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES. ENJOY THE PURE GOODNESS. THEY ARE NOT SWEET LIKE SUGAR MUFFINS SO BE PREPARED TO LOVE THE NATURAL TASTE.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER…YOU CAN ADD CHICKEN OR TUNA OR SALMON FOR EXTRA PROTEIN AND GOODNESS

1. 1 CUP WHOLE ROLLED OATS (PLAIN WITH NO ADDED SUGAR…QUAKER OATS WITH THE MAN ON THE FRONT IS GREAT)



2. 1 LITTLE CUP OR two TABLESPOONS APPLE-RASPBERRY APPLESAUCE (NO ADDED SUGAR IN THE INGREDIENTS)



3. ONE SERVING SLICED ALMONDS OR WALNUTS (OR ½ SERVING OF EACH


4. 1 TABLESPOON MILLED FLAXSEED



5. ½ BANANAS



6. 1 TEASPOON ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER OR ALMOND BUTTER (OPTIONAL)



7. CINNAMON TO TASTE




COOK THE OATMEAL IN THE MICROWAVE OR ON THE STOVE. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS. PUT BACK IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE. STIR…AND ENJOY THE LOVE!!!

MIX COTTAGE CHEESE AND TAMPENADE TOGETHER AND TOP IT ON THE COOKED BAKED POTATO.
