SWEET POTATO PUMPKIN DELIGHT-created by  FOOD-PRINT-FOR-LIFE



1. 1 CAN SWEET POTATO PUREE (WHOLE FOODS)

2. 1 CAN PUMPKIN PUREE (WHOLE FOODS)

3. ¼ CUP CRUSHED WALNUTS

4. ¼ CUP SLICED ALMONDS

5. ½ CUP RAISINS

6. A LOT OF CINNAMON




IN A LARGE BOWL…PUT ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX TOGETHER. YOU CAN USE THIS 
(HOT OR COLD) AS A SIDE DISH FOR CHICKEN, TURKEY OR FISH. OR YOU CAN ADD IT TO 
OATMEAL OR COTTAGE CHEESE. OR YOU CAN HAVE IT AS A SNACK. IF YOU ARE MAKING A 
PIE…YOU CAN GET A WHOLE WHEAT PIE CRUST AND USE IT AS A FILLING. WITH NO ADDED 
SUGAR AND ALL NUTRIENT DENSE INGREDIENTS…THIS IS A YUMMY, SWEET AND FILLING TREAT.
